Item had cosmetic and functional defects not described in the posting. Requested refund from seller, provided evidence, and seller ghosted. Swappa was minimally helpful. Filed PayPal claim and they closed in my favor. A waste of time all around, plus I'm out the Swappa $15 fee.

Seller couldn't ship on time and initially he was supposed to send it for 2-day delivery, but instead it went Ground. So it was a long delay for it to ship and then to arrive. Otherwise, the phone is great as advertised.

Seller communicated pretty quick and the phone was in the condition described. Just wished the shipping was faster.
