Excellent seller. Went above and beyond to quickly help me answer phone questions completely unrelated to the sale. Item was a total bargain, essentially a new phone for $200 less.

Also as promised, shipping was immediate and arrived within I think 2 business days. Couldn't ask for better.

Shipped fast as promised. When we discovered that the phone had an issue that needed attention I brought it to the attention of the seller. He responded very promptly and issued a partial refund to address the issue. I did not have to have Swappa get involved because we were able to work it out without problems. He is fair minded and I would again deal with him.

Phone was in excellent condition as advertised. Shipped timely. Only regret, it didn't come with a charger. It was not advertised and I didn't ask. Lesson learned for next purchase. Overall, a great seller. Will buy again from him.

I would have liked to know ahead of time that I needed to be present to sign for the package in order for it to be delivered. Because I didn't know this, the post office kept the package over the weekend. Priority shipping turned into super-slow delivery, unfortunately.
