Item was shipped promptly and via USPS priority 2-day mail as a bonus. Tons of extras, and everything listed in the description and photos was included. Only negative - the piano gloss plastic section at the top on the back was perhaps a little more dinged up than I had anticipated from the description (subjective) and was completely invisible in the photos. While 100% superficial and invisible with a case on, it's unsightly enough that I personally would not be able to use the phone without a case on.
