I didn't receive the item that I paid for, and the back and forth prevented me from exchanging it in time for Christmas. The seller did send out the item quickly and the mix-up wasn't intentional. The item I received was in good condition. The seller did refund some of the purchase price so that the resulting sale was reasonable.
