The Seller was helpful in addressing the issue but I think the descriptions are loose across the site and the standards of quality designation do not feel the same even when it has gone through Staff's quality inspection of the listing before the item is made available for sale on Swappa.

Device was received in the specified condition. Packaging could have been better, the box was in poor shape, but no damages to the speaker were found. Overall I am happy.

Excellent seller

The phone looks great, my only complaint is the phone took a bit to get to us. Normally when I have ordered in the past I’ll get the phones within a couple of days, but it took a while for it to ship, and therefore didn’t get in until a week later.
