The volume up button is broken. Can’t talk on the phone without putting it on speaker. I would like an exchange or something. I didn’t pay almost 200 dollars to receive a broken phone.

The phone works great. Any flaws with it were disclosed. The case that came with the phone wasn't very usable though.
