**BUYER BEWARE**
Phone worked ok at first. After using the phone for 5 days it began to freeze and get stuck in a constant reboot loop. After contacting seller they continued to repeat everything I explained in question form and was very unhelpful. I asked for a refund on the phone and they continued to explain that I need to update the phone. Which I already explained I tried to over 10 times and each time it would freeze halfway through and get stuck in another boot loop. Lucikly I had a warranty through Samsung. After bringing the phone to the tech and them working over 4 hours to fix it it was concluded the phone is defective and I will be receiving a new one from Samsung. Please avoid buying from this seller. I would hate for anyone to have to go through the struggles I did.

BUYER BEWARE!
There is far too short a space allowed in this comment section to describe my extremely disappointing experience with this seller. Here is a very shortened version:
Phone had 2 software failures in the first 2 weeks that I did not realize indicated problems with the hardware. At 3.5 weeks screen failed and could not be restored. Seller refused to refund the phone because the two week warranty had passed. Wrote a 22 comment complaint chain during which SWAPPA WAS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. They sent me to PayPal for getting a refund. After disputing, PayPal told me the seller agreed to refund the phone and that I should send it back to the address provided. I did that, but because their tracking instructions were deficient, I did not take the needed steps to track the package. PayPal would not refund unless I could verify the phone was sent back. THE SELLER WOULD NOT TO CONFIRM THE PHONE WAS RECEIVED. In the end, they got the phone and I lost my money and many hours.

Seller SOLD an INTERNATIONAL DEVICE, first claimed it was INTERNATIONAL.... probably wanted a quick sale and being deceitful. Told me "Right before they shipped"

The volume up button is broken. Can’t talk on the phone without putting it on speaker. I would like an exchange or something. I didn’t pay almost 200 dollars to receive a broken phone.
