Phone Shop and myself were in dispute and have come to a resolution. If it had not taken so long for it to be resolved I would have given them more stars. I do think if a dispute arises on future sales, they will do better for their customers.

6 months after purchase, device had a bad ESN. Seller attempted to claim it was possibly my fault. T-Mobile stated it was due to a financial obligation, which can only be from the original owner. Seller was rude, made claims that contradicted with what T-Mobile stated. A 50 dollar refund was provided, which i was unhappy with but i settled for as i no longer wanted to deal with this seller.

We had an issue where I received the wrong phone on initial shipment, but the seller did everything possible to get the issue resolved. Thanks
