Very rarely do i give negative reviews, as I work in a similar field, and i understand the frustrations, but this has been above- and- beyond awful.

Long-stort- short, I received the phone, and the charging port didn't work. I asked what could be done and was told to check some things on my side (issues with the charger?).

No dice. Everything works great with the exception of the product i paid for.

Ok, all good, I send it back.

No dice. Again. Not to mention it's been almost a month since first transaction.

I'm thinking best case scenario at this point in time is he refunds my money.

Meanwhile, I bought a new phone and am hoping I can salvage some of my money for this purchase.

I paid extra for expedited shipping, and explained the urgency of the timing, but the package did not arrive in time for the international trip. I might as well not have purchased the phone. Disappointing. I know the seller can't control the postal service, but he could have chosen a faster shipping method.
