Device had non functional button.
Seller often took more than a day to respond to comments.
Seller implied I was fabricating the claim or that I did not know how to press a physical button on the device. I assume this is a fine seller when things work well, but when they don't this seller made the process slow and frustrating.
It took 26 days from time of purchase to refund.

Better than I expected

I received the watch as advertised. They do charge it before they send it out, but mine was about 37% when I received it. After about a wk the aftermarket charger they sent started to overheat the watch, and the watch wouldn't charge past 21%. So I got a new one from Amazon and the watch is doing fine! I would recommend this seller!
