Phone and accessories as described, but shipping was extremely slow. Device was purchased Saturday night; seller said he would try to ship on Monday but did not (label created, but not sent out), and Tuesday the package was dropped off later in the day. While still technically within 48 "business hours", it caused the total wait time to be about 9 days from time of purchase - which is a lot around the holidays. Waiting the extra day from Monday to Tuesday caused a delay of about three days due to no shipment over the weekend. Other than that, no issues with the device or purchasing experience.
