Speakerphone wasn't working. Took this "Mint" phone to iPhone to Apple Store to find out the phone had non OEM exterior parts and Apple Genius said it was a fake. Disappointed, we worked with the seller to return the phone. The seller and Swappa were accommodating and I received my Swappa transaction fee and full refund from the seller. Good communication and speed were the only good points of this sale.

I was a little nervous to buy a used device online. But first, my phone arrived fast and looked exactly as described. And second, more importantly, when I did encounter some trouble (not the seller's fault, had to do with carrier), Cell Direct contacted me immediatly, tried to help, and when it didn't seem to work, they send me a return label asap. Then it suddenly did work (don't ask...), but I was nervous and asked if i could try the phone out for a few days. The answer was "no problem!". So, in short: Buying from them was an absolute pleasure and felt totally risk-free.
