Quick shipmemt. Trading Post LLC answered my question in a timely manner. Satisfied with the device so far. Was expecting ear buds to be inside original box, but they were missing; however, everything else was in box and unused. Will do business with Trading Post again in future.

seller list the phone new resale and 6 months of the warranty was gone already when I contact them to solve this issue they told me there's %20 restocking fees . buy on your own risk

6 days after sale there was No shipping information or communication to me that the sale was not happening.
After day 1 if you realize you had a "duplicate listing" maybe you should contact the buyer and tell them that its not happening.
it took 7 days and 2 Swappa employees to resolve a refund.
Here i am over a week later finally got a refund so that i could go with another seller.
Still waiting on shipment...
