Avoid this seller - his one sale to this date has been via false advertising, selling a broken phone while claiming that it works fine.

Purchased an HTC One M7, which was falsely advertised as "functions flawlessly." Received the phone, only to find that the camera was broken - it tinted everything with a purple haze. The seller clearly knew of this issue - his own photos were still on the device, and were tinted as well. When I pressed the issue, he claimed that I should have expected the camera to be broken, as this was a common defect in this model of device. When I continued to press, he "agreed" to take the phone back, but never provided a return address. Swappa staff refused to take any action to deal with the situation besides asking the seller to respond promptly to my complaints.
