The iPhone is in excellent condition, no wear or tear were visible on the phone. It definitely is exactly how it was advertised, in mint condition. Also would like to point out that the packaging for the phone during shipment was perfect. Phone was placed in a bubble wrap package, then placed in a sealed package, and then placed in a hard secured box. As a buyer, one of the main concerns is the item being damaged during shipment and Dave really put in the effort to make sure it would be arrived safely.

Avoid at all costs, dishonest seller. Seller sold phone as "mint, near new condition", and I received a device that had obvious signs of wear and tear. I promptly let the seller know I was not satisfied with the condition, but was ignored and had to get swappa staff involved. I finally was able to convince the seller to allow me to return the device, with me paying for the return shipping out of my own pocket. The device was returned and signed for by the seller, but they never processed the refund. I reached out to the seller numerous times requesting an update for a refund, but was ignored. I was forced to open a paypal dispute, which the seller again ignored. I finally got my $500 back, after it being tied up in this nonsense for 30 days. The seller had every chance to make this right, and chose not to. Sellers like this do not belong on swappa.
