Had some minor issues on communication but product came as described.

Came quick and in specified condition, packaging not as protective as it could've been.

A week after purchasing the seller announced he changed his mind and would not ship the laptop. He sent out two eChecks for refunds, both of them bounced. Had to declare fraud with Paypal for a refund. Took a whole month from start to finish when he could have just refunded the total. The seller could have smoothed over the issues if only he tried to communicate instead of giving frustrating vague responses.
