Received quickly and came with a security (darkened) screen protector installed. I did not realize it was installed as the normal screen protector cut outs were obvious and thought there was a brightness issue, when the protective screen was removed the display glass was found to have several hairline fractures in the glass. Tried to resolve with the seller and it was a nasty dispute. It will now cost me hundreds of dollars (not under warranty because it is glass damage) to get it up to the listed condition. Swappa wasn't any help in the experience.

Scammer, phone was not as described, rude and awful person.

Seller is not nice and understanding at all when something goes wrong. Also ships where phone gets damaged. I do not recommend. They care nothing about the buyer and only about money.

outright lier and acusing me with fake stories to pull some money out from me but no the not gonna happen I send the phone back to hime now he keep the phone and the money
I bought this phone from swappa listed as used when I got it I figured out it is unuseable the speaker is not working I cannot here anyone when I call this beside other issues kile all accessories are fake but listed as original and also the box itself doesnot show the same imei and iccid for the phone inside it ,, I start a return on swappa and send the phone back to the seller using Periority Mail USPS trackin no 9405503699300033309391 the seller recived the package today 6/17/2019 and did not give me any refund eventhogh he know and admit that the phone is not working
