Seller shipped phone very fast and was packaged well but had multiple screen scratches that were not in the item description of "mint" seller advised me to go after the post office and file a damage claim even tho the package was fine. I sorted the issue out with no help from the seller. He says it was shipped in mint condition so its hard to say but the issue is resolved thanks for Verizon.
