My daughters LED screen totally failed spontaneously. When we took the phone to be repaired the tech said it was very obvious that the screen had been repaired before and that the person who had done it had done a very poor job as a screen was not afixed properly and he had to tighten everything down within the phone. This experience has been a very disappointing Swappa experience. We think the seller should have disclosed that the phone had been altered from its original state and we think they should pay for the $200 repair.
