I purchased a phone from this seller, and after about a week I noticed it had not arrived. After seeing that there ways no tracking number provided by the seller, I reached out to the seller and Swappa. The seller was unable to provide a tracking number. We waited a few more days and the package still hadn’t arrived so the seller took full responsibility and immediately issued me a refund. I didn’t have to open a dispute with PayPal, or deal with any excuses from the seller. This guy is the REAL DEAL!
