Overall pleased. However, phone arrived with a passcode still on it and was not fully wiped clean. We had to reach out to seller to request passcode. They communicated passcode and we were then able to erase contents and get it up and running as intended. This should have been done before phone was shipped.

I had an amazing experience with this seller! He was very attentive, with great care for detail, making sure to let me know when he got my order, letting me know he had shipped the package (and sending me pictures of what it looked like!), to checking in with me on the day of delivery to verify that I had received it and that the product worked and was usable once I had received it (It was, everything was in good working order and the product was packaged very well to protect it through the mail). I even received it a couple of days early! Included in the order were more add-ons than I even knew would be arriving with it (case/keyboard/charging cable/wall plug for charging), and the ipad came with a pretty high charge. I would give two thumbs up if this app let me. I highly recommend you purchase from him!

Seller shipped the phone quickly and was very communicative. Within 24 hrs the phone lost its network connection and was stuck in "Searching", then got stuck on a reset page because "the activation server is temporarily unavailable." I tried some tech support and was regularly in contact with the seller. Neither of us understood what had happened (they said they had bought the phone on Ebay), and they said if I sent the phone back they would give me a refund. I sent the phone promptly by USPS and upon receiving the phone the seller immediately accused me of scamming by stealing the baseband info on the phone (I had to google this), very forcefully, and stopped communicating. They now have the phone and my $189. I don't know if they actually think I messed with the phone or whether they were capitalizing on me being new to Swappa, but it was a bad experience and I recommend buying from a different seller if you have the option.

Seller sold a phone that was blacklisted from the carrier and used a different imei to list the phone on swappa. Seller still has not refunded the amount (>20days). Proceed with extreme caution.
