Phone arrived as described (sealed, new) and activated on Cricket. Bit of confusion to start with shipping but would buy from seller again.

The phone is good, extra cases and stuff but it took 10 days for me to get my phone with late and delay shipment. No communication from the seller for 3 days after the purchase but it's a good phone. thank you

Phone did come with a defect, as the front microphone used for phone calls did not work, but the seller worked nicely with me to set up a quick and easy repair, which he paid for entirely. Good service.

A little over a month later, the phone is great and I have not had any other further issues!

Phone came after a delay. Now I have been trying to set it up and it constantly shuts off on it own

Laptop came as described. Unfortunately, there were a few delays, including the item being sent without the charger. In the end, I’m giving a positive rating because the Macbook looks great, operates well, and we received an extension cord as compensation.
