Seller was very communicative throughout the process. I debated a 4 or 5 star rating for a while, but ultimately settled on taking one star off for the following 2 reasons:

1. The seller picked the slowest possible shipping method before asking me as the buyer whether I needed the item sooner that that.

2. While the laptop was in great condition, it came with a cluster of dead pixels on the screen that was noticeable to me right away (seller claimed that he hadn't noticed it). Since the laptop was rated "mint" condition, this should not have been the case.

I was able to get the screen repaired since the laptop was still under warranty, and the seller chose not to reimburse me at all for the hassle since he had given me a good deal on the laptop.

If it were not for those 2 factors, or if Derek would have reimbursed me some for the extra hassle, he would have received 5 stars from me.
