While the phone was in great condition, the seller did not disclose the fact that it was a refurbished replacement without an original matching box. He did provide proof of the replacement from Google at my request. As a Realtor for 30 years, I have learned that you always disclose everything up front to avoid any misunderstandings. Had there been full disclosure and/or an apology, this seller would have likely gotten 5 stars. Three stars since the phone was in excellent condition.
