Slight delay on shipping information but overall the device was in great shape.

The watch was locked so the cellular couldn't be activated, and the shipping and the refund took a long time. On the other hand the transaction occurred over the holidays when everyone is busy, and the seller didn't hesitate to offer the refund when advised the watch was locked.
