Ordered late Saturday and received it Friday morning. Just as described in absolute mint condition.
Slightly concerning, the phone off and on says it’s not on a mobile network. I have troubleshoot it over the phone with Verizon but no resolution as of yet. I am taking it in to see if they can catch what is wrong

Put a new SIM card in and it still can’t find the network half the time. Are you sure you got it from a reputable seller?
