The phone arrived safely, but it should have been packaged in more than a padded mailer to protect it. I would expect some cardboard to prevent damage in shipping. Also the phone should be factory reset and 50% battery on arrival. These should be standard practice.

Shipping was a little slow, but communication was good, and the phone was exactly as described. Would definitely buy from again.

I received the phone and it was in great condition, the description was accurate, and the shipping was very speedy. I would have liked it to be packaged a bit more securely (it was just in a padded envelope) but overall I am happy with my purchase and would buy from this seller again.

Phone not as described in listing, had to pay return shipping when sending back. Seller was apologetic, but not very helpful or responsive.
