Phone Savers

This was the worst experience ever! Do NOT buy anything from this seller. I ordered a IPhone first they sent me the wrong color and I had to ship it back, then when I finally got the phone advertised in the pictures THE PHONE DID NOT WORK!! So I had to ship it back AGAIN! The seller took too long to reply etc. This is the worst seller to but anything from. A one star rating for phone savers, if I could give zero stars I would.

And I still never got a working phone. I had to buy from a complete new seller

The phone we purchased arrived promptly as promised and is in great condition as advertised. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Updated review: There was a problem with the first phone, and I reached out to the seller for help and they were amazing through the whole process. Obviously no one wants to have to send back a newly-purchased phone, but it happens sometimes, and the customer service from Phone Savers LLC was excellent. They ended up sending a different phone and refunding the difference in price (and throwing in a charger and cable!). Next time I buy from Swappa I won't hesitate to look them up first.

Original: Everything was fine - well packed and prompt shipping. But all the other phones I have purchased here have come with a cable and charger, and this one didn't so I took off one star.

Product was received on time and was as described. It appeared to ship from St Louis instead of Phoenix as expected, this may affect transit time for some.

Phone is as advertised, functions and looks good. The battery seems die pretty fast, and the phone dies if it gets under 20%. Shipping took a lot longer than I thought it should. Advertised to ship within 24 hours, 2-3 days shipping. Took 9 days to receive. Transaction completed NOV. 30th, Arrived at shipping facility DEC 4th, Departed DEC 5th, Delivered DEC 9th.
