Phone sold not as advertised. Slow responder, slower response if sale is gone wrong. Seller non-responsive to Swappa Agent help. Any conflicts need to be dealt with PayPal, have to start two disputes simultaneously to get refund. Almost three weeks to get money back on a bad phone.

Product was delivered, but not everything worked. Although the seller did state they would pay to have it shipped back and fixed, the whole thing was a hassle. Seller ended up crediting the account 50 bucks, for a local shop to fix.
