Exterior of phone is in mint condition but software & UI is very faulty also MOTION SENSOR does not register properly and communication via WiFi & Bluetooth dont work well. Also missing accessories (no earphones) just earbuds. phone description was "ALL ACCESSORIES INCLUDED."

would like a refund please.

UPDATE: 1-19-20 After a series of test & taking it to the Samsung in my city, there was an error with the motion sensor which they had to replace and update the system..

Overall experience of the phone has been great & have not had any issues with it
