The experience was pretty poor and the kind that i think most people would rather avoid. Did not ship promptly. Swappa has a 2 day shipping policy, phone was not shipped for 5 days even though seller said each and every day that it would be shipped tomorrow. Slow to, or just did not respond to direct inquiries from me or swappa staff. Poorly packaged phone was rattling loose in box when it arrived. Weird sticky paste on top of phone that waa also inside box and some on outaide pf box. Pain to clean off. Phone in working order and aa described otherwise.
