Seller sells me a "mint" phone with a scratched screen. Along with screen burn in. Phone was no where near mint. I promptly sent phone back, and the seller refuses to refund my money. He now has the phone, and my $750!! I got ripped off.

I have been playing with it periodically throughout the day and it appears to be an excellent condition, there is a screen protector and a cases included as described in the advertisement.
