seller unexpectedly backed out and canceled the sale. that's really messed up. no explanation as to why it didn't go through. i was refunded, but i'd much rather have the computer shipped as promised.

I'd have appreciated faster shipping (2 day rather than Ground) so the phone wasn't in transit as long but otherwise things were fine. Packaged well and phone is in great condition. Communication was good.
