As described. In good to very good condition with the exception of a scratch on the back that wasn't really commented on. The AC adapter and surface pen were not the originals (3rd party AC adapter and surface 3 pen), but they are working well and I have no complaints about the functionality. Would have appreciated a comment on this in the description, but regardless, no qualms with the device itself. Appears to have good battery life and charge. Thanks for the expedited shipping and the good communication throughout
