It's verified on both sides: Swappa and PayPal.
As per Swappa policy seller's responsibility is only to deliver the item to the listed address. Meaning I take all responsibility for further delivery and it doesn't cost you anything extra, just a regular domestic shipment inside USA residential territory, but Swappa requests me to get your approval prior to purchasing.
