Phone is paid off I got the phone when it first came out decided I liked my iphone more and phone has sat in my drawer last 8 months or so. I contacted spectrum about the unlock but they say they keep giving me the run around because it has not been active last 60 days so I said . Forget it I'll sell for less tired of messing with it

Unfortunately I totally understand you as a buyer, when sellers promise to ship and never ship the item after getting the payment.

Also just wanted to make you acknowledged that once the item gets delivered to the listed address you will be no longer responsible for the item so there's no actual risk for you as a seller.

Like I said There's no difference for you in terms of shipping, it's a regular domestic shipment. And i don't know PayPal handles funds on your end, because I'm a buyer and never sold anything through PayPal, but yes - you're correct I'll pay before you ship it and once it'll be delivered you should be good to go with funds.
