The phone still has all of the apps on it. Is it Icloud locked? Are you able to factory reset the phone? And are you able to provide the screen for battery health and sim card restriction.

Pagani — the device is not iCloud locked. It will be factory reset before shipping, and it is factory unlocked.
Bent — which item did you purchase so I can take a look? If you don’t see it, it’s possible the payment didn’t go through.

Regarding the previous phone, I apologize for the delay. If it’s still showing as iCloud locked, that’s definitely not how it should have been shipped. I’ll investigate that as well and make sure it’s resolved properly.

You should be do testing prior to listing the phone and when you're kidding the phone it should already be wiped out
Also Swappa gives sellers 2 business days to so items, but you didn't accomplish that within 5 calendar days 3 of which are business days.

If the tracking still doesn’t show as scanned by tonight, I’ll call USPS first thing in the morning to request a trace. I just kindly ask that we keep the conversation respectful — I’m doing my best to resolve this properly.
