I’m interested as well but I can’t tell if the seller is saying this phone is locked or not to T-Mobile when they say “this a T-Mobile phone”.

That said, I think all of us are correctly assuming it is locked because they then say “please buy an unlocked phone if you need an unlocked phone”.

A better worded explanation would definitely be nice.

The phone is locked to t-mobile. What other buyers try to do is buy a t-mobile phone and get it unlocked. If t-mobile refuses to unlock then they put me on the hook and swappa forces me to take a return. So YES it will work on t mobile and NO you do not have to give t mobile any extra money to activate this phone.

I am near your area. I would prefer an in-person purchase in order to eliminate issues with shipping damage or package theft.

Do you have a retail location or are you able to meet at the Swappa approved Cell Phone Repair in Philly?
