We ship to Hawaii and Alaska! (extra surcharge may be applied)

We cover the cost of the shipping as reflected in the price of your phone. We include shipping insurance cost of your phone, tracking number, and a signature.

ATX Cell Deals ships orders within two business days. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped by Tuesday at the latest. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If you place your order in the morning, we might ship it the same day. However, this isn’t guaranteed shipping times will vary, and orders may take up to 2 business days to go out.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order before it ships if the customer or address is linked to known fraud risks or if the shipping address is invalid.

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Protectorates.

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout and on PayPal before completing your purchase. We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to update your address before completing your purchase, you will be subject to a 6% cancellation fee (to cover seller fees taken out by paypal)
Once your order is canceled, you can repurchase the item with the correct address.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. A $30 restocking fee applies to returns.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, you’ll receive a full refund. No fees charged.

Covered under warranty:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage or loss in transit by the shipping carrier

Not covered:
- Buyer’s remorse (restocking fee applies)
- Customer-caused damage (cracks, water, screen burns)
- Phones that have been opened or repaired

Returns will be denied if:
- You don’t remove your passcode or iCloud/Google/Samsung account
- The device is returned locked or still linked to your account
- You don't return the included charging kit (a $20 fee applies)

Report any damage within 1 day of delivery. After that, damage is considered your responsibility.

Refunds require:
- The phone must be fully reset to the Hello/Setup screen
- The IMEI must match the one we provided before shipping
- We’ll send a YouTube tutorial on how to factory reset

Once approved:
- You’ll receive a prepaid return label
- Return shipping cost is deducted from the refund
- The device must be shipped within 3 business days and received within 10, or the return will be closed
- Only use our return label using your own voids the return

Devices returned damaged or not in original condition may be subject to a 50–85% restocking fee, depending on repair cost.
