The right joy con was replaced by Nintendo Jan. 2024. The other one is original and does have some wear, but it works fine.

Hi Davison, are there any scratches on the back of the Switch? I can't tell from the first photo if those are scratches or just dust. Thank you.

Also, is the dock included?

@Jon yes the dock is included. The back is pretty clean. There is a little scuff where the black is worn on the click out stand.
