This is a new phone that did not get used a great deal. The elderly person can not use it so I would like $21 to offset the mailing expenses and to cover some of her medical expenses.

Hi! Is the phone unlocked? Can it be used with carriers outside of tracfone?

Sorry I am new to this site and just reviewed the posting rules. If I were to provide the link with my carrier to check the compatibility using IMEI, can you check it for me? I'm very interested in this device but haven't been able to find an unlocked version of it.

I don’t know. There’s no minutes on the phone but it link to our wifi to test a text and it worked. It doesn’t have any accounts set up on it

Tracfone is owned by Verizon so that may why I was able text between devices

If you bought it through tracfone but never got a plan set up for it, its likely locked to tracfone

I don’t know. This was a phone that my uncle purchased for our mother who decided she didn’t want it. My uncle doesn’t want it so here it is on Swappa. It’s a Flip phone that is new and that all I know about it. It’s priced at $21.00 so that if my mom is lucky we will make $15 for her
