We guarantee full functionality on all our devices. If you experience any functionality issues, you're covered by our 180-day limited replacement/repair warranty.

To file a claim:
Contact us via the sale page within 180 days of your delivery date. We’ll either repair or replace the device free of charge.

Please note:

This warranty covers functionality issues only.

It does not cover accidental or physical damage.

If a device is physically or internally damaged, we reserve the right to cancel the warranty.

In cases of accidental damage, we offer repairs at cost of parts + shipping.

•Buyer’s Remorse / Non-Defective Returns – 30 Days:

We accept returns for buyer’s remorse or non-defective devices within 30 days of delivery.

A full refund minus the PayPal fee will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the return.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Devices must be returned in the same condition as received.

If excessive damage is found, a damage fee will be deducted from the refund.
