Orders are shipped same business day if ordered before 12PM CT. Orders placed after 12PM CT will be shipped out next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 Business Days) is included for free with all orders.

UPS - NEXT DAY AIR SAVER - $30

Shipping delays are completely out of our control and we are not responsible for any shipping delay.

We GUARANTEE full functionality on all of our devices. If any functionality issues arise, we offer a 180-day limited replacement/repair warranty on all of our devices. To claim your warranty please contact us via the sale page within 180 days of your device delivery date. We will either replace the device or repair it, free of charge! This warranty is strictly for functionality issues and DOES NOT cover any issues caused by accidental or physical damage. If your device is accidentally or physically damaged, we will repair it at the cost of the parts and shipping. We reserve the right to cancel the warranty if any physical or internal damage is found.

Buyer's remorse/non-defective returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery. For buyer's remorse returns/non-defective returns, a full refund minus the PayPal fee will be issued within 2 Business days of delivery. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. Please leave us a message on the sale page and will provide the return address. All devices must be returned in the same condition it was received in. If there is any excessive damage, we will deduct a damage fee from your refund.

No returns are accepted for new or new open-box devices unless they are unopened or not as described.
