I prefer to use USPS since a constant cost and DHL and UPS in particular are crazy expensive here. If you get a freight forwarding service with a US address we can make it work.
If you setup the service like with the one that is partner with Swappa, Stackry, please let me know ASAP because I will have to remove all sales from early tomorrow morning until next Thursday, planned trip. Anyways, on the 17th all items will be back on sale.
