Slight Grooves and scratches on the very front edges. The minor damage is covered up by a phone case. Unnoticeable during normal use with a case. Camera is untouched, screen has very minor scratched which are entirely unnoticeable during normal use. Scratches are only superficial and slightly noticeable on the screen only when turned off.
