As to your first question AppleCare is transferable. To your second, no. PayPal verified address only.
And only verified US address
Thank you for answering my questions, regarding Apple Care, even if we missed 1 month payment, can we still reactivate?
And this address would be used through Paypal, it is in the US. But it's for a company that will forward the shipment to my location, it's safe, and I have used it hundreds of times, especially through Swappa.

As for skipping month on applecare, I don't believe they allow that if they did, I would only have to pay every other month.
After further review, it doesn't appear that I would be at any risk if I'm shipping to a freight forwarding service.
I just spoke with Apple service technician and was informed that AppleCare is not transferable unless the two or three year option was taken
My apologies. This was not what I understood when purchasing. I'm trying to find out if there are any loop holes or exceptions to maintain coverage. The warranty however is still in effect for more than 6 months.
