Hi, the item will be shipped well-protected in the original box. The laptop itself has no scratches as shown in the photos, and I checked again to be sure.

This laptop has a 512 GB internal storage and 8 GB of RAM.

Unfortunately because Jaspreet said he would buy it, I already returned the device to factory setting and can no longer access your requested info without setting up iCloud, etc… plus it is now fully packaged in a ready-to-ship state.

If this information is critical to you and your interest level is very high, could you let me know as such so that I could justify doing all that for you?

As mentioned in the description, this laptop was a second laptop. It was only for travel use and used for 5-6 trips I think. I hope this information is helpful.
