I made the agreement and I made the changes and urged you to immediately buy it. It happens that someone else did it quicker. I am not a professional seller as I am selling my personal items. I would like Swappa to investigate this as well. I do not condone or support any scams. I understand why you are disappointed as I would be too. I truly hope you can understand the predicament I was placed in and it would be awkward to cancel the sale to this other person and refund them the money as they are not at fault for purchasing right away. You decided to negotiate and wait for me to drop the price. It happened to go to someone else, which I am sorry happened. Sincerely, James
None of it would have been necessary if Swappa would reconsider their rules regarding price negotiations. I had hoped to discuss this privately with you, rather than being forced into making a public post—something Swappa should allow. This entire situation could have been easily avoided. Swappa, I request that all of my comments here be deleted.
