There are some marks around the casing that you can see in the pictures. There are scratches on the screen. I have highlighted a couple of the scratches in the photos that I felt were noticeable. A charging cable is included.

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).
