Mint condition iPhone 15 Pro

Purchased in mint condition 2 weeks ago but I'm staying with Android. Warranty until June 20, 2025. Phone is paid off but locked to T-Mobile - requires 40 days on T-Mobile network to unlock.

hi, can you request the factory unlock?

Unfortunately T-Mobile says they can't unlock until it's been used on T-Mobile's network for 40 days and I only used it for 10 days.

There seems to be a dark spot on the back of the phone. Can you explain that? Also is the phone eligible for AppleCare?

Mar 31, 2025 - 04:01 AM

Looking at your video the spot I mentioned must be lighting distortion on the Apple branding.

Will the sale include the box, cable etc that came with the phone.

Yes the spot appears to be the Apple brand. Standard Apple warranty valid thru June 20th but not sure if eligible for AppleCare. I purchased in used mint condition and didn't receive a box but I can include the generic usb-c cable I received.

I did a quick search and found this - AppleCare insurance needs to be added within the first 60 days of purchase. Therefore as I understand it 1. You bought the phone used, in mint condition 2. It does not have AppleCare 3. It's beyond 60 days of purchase from Apple 4. Warranty expires in about 3 months 5. It is not eligible for AppleCare at this time. Is all this correct?

Yes I would agree it is not eligible for AppleCare. Sorry about that.
